About Marissa
My Story
As a South Florida native, I followed my passion of pursuing higher education by attending Auburn University for my M.Ed in Administration of Higher Education.

My passion for working with and supporting students began as an orientation leader during my undergraduate career at the University of Florida. As I found a vested interest in helping students succeed academically, along with transitioning and acclimating to the college experience, the student affairs bug bit me. I can still remember asking my orientation leader supervisor at the end of my first year as an OL "wait, you can do this full-time?".

Through a variety of experiences and landing my first "dream job" in orientation programs, I have truly enjoyed my experience working with and serving students at the collegiate level.
